CANCELATION POLICY

At Philo Barber Studio, we value our guest’s time and ask that you respect ours in return. To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all our clients, we kindly request that you adhere to the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellations or modifications made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

- Cancellations or modifications made within one hour of the appointment or no-shows will be charged the full service fee.

The enforcement of these terms is always at the discretion of your service provider. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible to avoid these charges and please use the appropriate methods of communication to ensure your cancellation request was received. Charges can be disputed and refunds may be issued at the discretion of Philo Barber Studio. 

In the case of tardiness we ask that you call the shop to notify us of your late circumstances. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the appointment in order to remain punctual for the following guest. A few minutes past your scheduled time a call may be made to confirm if you are on your way. This call is a courtesy that is not guaranteed and therefore should not be relied upon as a reminder for your appointment. 

This policy was established to foster a culture of communication and respect. We understand life happens and unpredictable circumstances may occur. In those events, if possible, please notify the shop as soon as you can.
